I have been creating Chilli Oil for a number of years to enliven food with a delicious heat. The mix of heat and flavour has been carefully balanced to produce a prolonged and tantalising taste sensation, perfect for drizzling over hot or cold food. Just stir contents with a tea spoon to incorporate all the ingredients.
A new version (with exactly the same base ingredients) has now been created for those who prefer a hotter kick.
