I have been creating Chilli Oil for a number of years to enliven food with a delicious heat. The mix of heat and flavour has been carefully balanced to produce a prolonged and tantalising taste sensation, perfect for drizzling over hot or cold food.

Ingredients
Dried Chilli - ( Birds Eye ) see 'about chilli' section.
Oil - Rapeseed oil, including R-Oil extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil from the Cotswolds. It is a rich source of Omega 3 and Omega 3 fatty acids as well as being very low in saturated fat.
Ground Nut Oil - A luscious and healthy monounsaturated fat.
Garlic - Garlic has been reputed to assist the heart for centuries and has been used in herbal medicines for all manner of conditions. Garlic & cholesterol reduction are frequently mentioned together.
Blackbeans - An excellent source of protein and nutrition.
Ginger - Ginger has been used to aid digestion and treat stomach upset, diarrhea, and nausea for more than 2,000 years. Since ancient times, ginger has also been used to help treat arthritis, colic, and heart conditions. In addition to these medicinal uses, ginger continues to be valued around the world as an important cooking spice and is believed to help the common cold, flu-like symptoms and headaches.
Mixed spices - A wonderful array of mixed spices further enhancing the flavour and texture.
Chilli - Individualy selected exotic chillies from Farmcote herbs and chilli peppers.
